ah but parting is such a bitter sweet sorrow
and that without much hope for tomorrow
with all my heart I beg as you fare
don't let the door hit your derriere
*but* that was a joke I would pray for it
I know what you mean by those hypocrites
I figured as much which is why I persisted
I've been ostracized and at times blacklisted
but if it's of some consolation to you
Jesus was judged and condemned by them too
the only one perfect -- they put him to death
and what did he say with his dying breath?
"Father forgive them they don't know what they do"
that right there is my prayer for you.
