2004-02-10 - you be who? some of you write about what sounds like demonic encounters some of you recite of how your mind's controlled by downers evil out of towners renowners and story recounters like one who walked that road in shadows dodging enemies he couldn't bear the load and denied the one he'd followed -- Jeez he might as well be cursing fate mix his spell with deeds of hate take his lover's middle name replace it with some words profane a sick mind would do less I really must confess as we view the abyss which some write DOES exist we find it more grotesque as forced we to obsess with things which don't reveal and help the world to heal is it any wonder then dark hell is within men who've lost their grip on life and sunk into the strife of what really drove the car the physical who you are what you thought was you enabling you to do things while you were on earth that accident you called birth you thought it was so random some gene pool splashed in tandem with so many other million multi-faceted crystalline patterned generator universes every point equidistant from every other and used that as an excuse to live after passions which draw you away and your greatest corrosive regret, the thing that eats at your eternal soul is the looming fact that there were chances to turn at the Cross road and you turned back toward the strummed chord vibrating through your backbone and followed the path that required little effort on your part to exist because after all you didn't ask to be born and for all you know short of an apparition which you might have had and didn't believe in some manner, way, shape or form because your talking desk said you were nuts and you better just stay composed and pay your dues until life passes you by before you know it and you're not down with that whole scene! who would be? mindless drones? No but there's more, there's more, there's more! And I'm promising you that if you turn to the truth it has a hidden installment which when coupled with humility and the application of intelligence (pay attention) you will be placed on a different conveyor belt which draws you toward the goodness of God. Which by the way was gloriously manifested at the cross of Jesus Christ (who by His own claims is uniquely incarnate deity) where God the Judge of all the earth went and received the penalty, that is the punishment required by His own demands for justice (an aspect of Himself that He cannot deny -- there's not a hypocritical cell in His Spiritual/Incarnate raised to glorified (has the glory of God pumping through instead of blood) body -- He, even, the Almighty, came down and humbled Himself and became a man in order to suffer on every level that you do (except without sin -- you see, He was tempted in every point like we are but He never gave in because then His blood wouldn't have been the pure, holy, divine strain of deity anymore and would have proven ineffective as proper payment to the Justice aspect of God, so yeah, he avoided sin and resisted it completely, which by the way is also a thing which Adam could have done originally but that's another story it just serves the needs of this current subject as a passing reference for the purpose of illustrating how multifaceted this whole reality is and also present an eventual segue into the problem man and God were confronted with and how mathematically sound the solution is... after all we are dealing with the ultimate genius here... ah pure unselfish intellect... what a worthy evolutionary goal... but it wasn't to be... apart from this sacrifice said the One who formed the universe with His words (aren't you glad you're not in charge?) OK this was going to be a poem about something else but somehow I stopped rhyming... till next time) Peace/LOVE freakyouOUT |
