Miasma: aerosolically transmitted;
this is a diabolically committed
act of an astronomic retro-fitted
defective collective consciousness outwitted;
tricked by their own agenda
self-ruled lives which only lend a
helping hand to those who help them help theirselves
they could be catering to demons dressed as elves
let me put it to you this way
there's a murderer in, let's say,
that house around the corner from where you stay
or the woman in apartment 13A
perhaps you see him and you greet her every day
you've no idea what really goes on in his brain
you can't be sure if she's just freaky or insane
he pays the rent and works his job
she screams and moans "rape me, you slob!"
as time goes on she disappears
and no one questions, no one hears,
the other misnomes that broadcast around the net
the mental force field that prefilters what you let
come into the circumspectful mind segue
and later on you learn the man around the way
was out there killing every woman he could find
preferring those who'd leave no messages behind
such as the streetwalkers and runaways -- the lost
while you were contemplating interviews and costs
you even lent him string and duct tape when he asked
he said he needed it for one more random task
that's why I say you're an accessory to the crime
and your neglect and ignorance should do some time
