lift up your heads oh you gates
to the source of all life
who creates
he will rescue you
out of the pit
sends word
pulls you right out of it
he rides on the wind
abides now within
never changing
his love will not quit
we're arranging
our wills into it
while the elements burn
and upon his return
will he find here some faith on the earth?
will the remnant find life through new birth?
